We are ready to welcome guests to The Boathouse Apartments from Japan. What we have learned is that the Japanese are not consciously coming to Australia looking for Japanese service. They want Australian service, delivered with a basic respect of Japanese service culture. The common objective to deliver our product is to make the customer feel at ease; their needs anticipated and addressed. Our family are looking forward to travelling to Japan in December to experience and learn much more about the Japanese culture and way of life. We know that this will help us be better hosts and provide a better service to our future Japanese guests.
