We aim to create a sense of belonging for every guest while helping them connect with the Whitsundays and everything our region has to offer. At the same time, we remain committed to practical, responsible choices that reduce our environmental impact and help protect the natural beauty of the Whitsundays for future generations.

Meet The Family Behind Your Stay

At The Boathouse Apartments, we’re proud to offer warm, personal hospitality in the heart of the Whitsundays.

As a family-owned and operated business, Airlie Beach is now very much home. We live and work onsite, are actively involved in the local community, and take great pride in supporting and promoting the region we’re lucky to be part of.

Ross looks after maintenance and property presentation, while Lea oversees guest services and day-to-day operations. Alivia, Mason and Ryan have all played a part in The Boathouse journey over the years.

Our focus is simple — spacious apartments, beautiful marina views, genuine service and a relaxed stay that feels easy from arrival to departure.
