A family owned and operated business, we all enjoy getting involved with the various roles of caretaking and managing this wonderful property. Ross, a qualified builder works hard to ensure that every apartment is cared for like it was his own. Lea's role is predominately in the office but she enjoys getting out and about to meet guests and inspect the apartments. Mason can be found after school in Reception, while Ryan is on hand when needed; usually keeping an eye on the swimming pool or tennis court.Ross, Lea, Mason and Ryan moved to Airlie Beach post Covid and lock downs in Victoria, looking for a sea change. We have been welcomed to the beautiful community of Airlie Beach getting involved in the AFL club and enjoying the many restaurants and cocktail bars in our great town. Our family enjoys the warmer weather year round and we love getting out on the water fishing and skiing.&nbsp;We are proud sponsors of the Whitsunday Sea Eagles AFL Club, Golden Rivers Umpires,&nbsp;St Catherine's Catholic College QISSN team and Reef and Music Festivals. Reception open 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm Saturday and Sunday.Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the booking fee.Cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.Peak period and special events payment and cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.All room reservations require the registered guest to be 18 years or older with a valid credit card in his or her name.&nbsp;The hotel reserves the right to refuse a check-in if these conditions are not met.The Boathouse Apartments require a credit card and reserves the right to hold the card as security of the booking for any damages caused by guests during the booking.&nbsp;Any damage to the property or its contents, or apartments left in excessive untidiness; a fee will be charged to the credit card we have on hold.The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose.&nbsp;Only the registered number of guests may occupy the apartment between 9:00pm and 8.00am.Smoking is not allowed.&nbsp;All apartments, including the balconies and common areas within The Boathouse precinct are non – smoking. Cleaning charges apply if smoking is evident after check out. Smoking restrictions include vaping and ecigarettes.Parties/events are not allowed.&nbsp;Noise must be always kept to a reasonable level.Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 08:00.Please report any accidental damage on departure to determine applicable charges and to allow for such damage to be rectified prior to the next guest's arrival.Management reserves the right to ask any guest or visitor to depart the property, at any time necessary.Management will immediately notify the Police of any suspicious or illicit activities.Closed circuit TV cameras are in use around the property and are monitored to ensure adherence to these policies.Scooters, skateboards, hover boards and the like, are not permitted to be ridden on any walkways or pathways within The Boathouse precinct.
