Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation at The Boathouse Apartments, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
Payment Policy
• Full payment is required prior to your arrival.
• For direct bookings, payment is taken 14 days before arrival in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• Bookings made via third-party platforms also require upfront payment.
Credit card fees will be payable by the guest, charged at 1.5%. Card fees are non refundable.
Direct debit payments will attract no payment fees.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge.
• For peak periods and special events, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund.
3. Reception Hours
Monday to Friday : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
4. Guest & Age Restrictions
• Guests must be 18 years or older to book and check in.
• A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required at check-in.
• The Boathouse Apartments reserves the right to refuse check-in if these conditions are not met.
5. Security & Damages
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
• Charges will apply for any damages, excessive untidiness, or loss caused during your stay.
6. Maximum Occupancy & Extra Beds
• The number of extra beds or cots permitted depends on availability, and the selected room type.
• Only registered guests may occupy the apartment between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
7. Non-Smoking Policy
• Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in apartments, balconies, or common areas.
• A minimum $200 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected after check-out.
8. Noise & Parties
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Guests must keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.
9. Damage Reporting
• Please report any accidental damage to our team before departure to help assess charges and prepare for the next guest.
10. Right to Refuse Service
• Management reserves the right to ask guests or visitors to leave if terms are not respected.
• Suspicious or illegal activity will be reported to authorities.
11. Security & Surveillance
• CCTV cameras are used throughout the property to ensure safety and policy compliance.
12. Prohibited Activities
• Use of scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, or similar devices is not allowed on any walkways or paths within the precinct.

Using refillable bulk cleaning and guest amenities to reduce plastic and greywater impact
